Roxy, which she is often called, is a cat of the night. She is not black, rather a dark brown tabby. Her fur is of medium length, long enough to keep most cold out, but short enough to be able to be kept neat with ease. Her coloring is one of the most interesting things about her. On first glance, she would appear to be midnight black, but as you study her pelt, you can see the black tabby markings are distinctly separate from her deep brown base coloring. If the sun hits her pelt just right, a red hue will emerge from her pelt, but is only noticeable if you know to look for it. She is marred with scars that cover her body. She has several on her face, near her cheeks and eyes, and a rather long one that covers the space of her right side. Several cover her chest and legs, but are hardly noticeable unless, again, you are looking straight at them.
Roxy is an average sized she-cat. She relies on speed during battle more than anything else. She is agile because her build allows it. Her legs are long and ripple with finely honed muscles. Her actual body is lean, not much muscle or fat are allowed on her. She is tall, but not lanky. She looks ready for a fight at all times, just by the way her broad shoulders are set upon front legs.
Roxanne's eyes are nothing to be noted. They are a simple amber color, deep in hue. They do not sparkle when she laughs or ensnare all those who look into them. They are not intriguing nor special in any way. They are simply there. Her face has sharp angles, her bones defined and noticeable. She has small, dainty facial features, but that is not to be mistaken for innocence.

AND TELL ALL THE ONES YOU LOVE ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU FEEL

First off, Roxanne only has one side. She fakes the side. She appears to be a happy she-cat, just born into a rogue group to which she is loyal. Everyone knows she will fight to the death for her family, but is otherwise sociable and "misunderstood". She appears to be sweet, fun-loving, and carefree to all those who know her. No one - except NAME HERE and Raz - know who she truly is, what her true personality is like.
Let me describe to you her fake personality.
Roxanne is a rather laid back she-cat. She goes with the flow, doing whatever she wants whenever she wants. She is not one for being strict or snide. She enjoys to play games with her family (she calls The Republic her family), always teasing and laughing and all around having fun. She is known for helping out recruits with their fighting skills, seeing as she is such a talented one. Her intelligence goes far in her fighting style, her methodical, patient demeanor make her the best at defeating the impulsive, brutal style fighters. At a glance, she appears to be misplaced in this group which was born from the blood of violence. However, she has quite the temper. One wrong word, one misinterpreted glance can turn into a full on to-the-death fight. She tries to handle it, but her temper has made her famous.
Now that you know how she appears, let me tell me how she really is.
Roxanne has a lust for blood. She loves it, thrives in it. She doesn't drink it or anything like that, she just loves to feel the life drain out of someone due to her claws. She loves the power it gives her. In fact, power just might be the only thing she craves more. Power over her family, power over life, power over those who think they are not being controlled. Her, as freedom needing as she is, needs to be in control. Loss of control can send her into a psychotic breakdown. She needs control just as she needs to feel blood between her claws every once in a while. Now, that is not to say she goes around killing without a cause. Oh no. She is a respectable killer, one who kills for love, for loyalty, for her leader. She kills for a reason, not just because she can. That being said, she will only respect a leader who shows he is able to lead. She will only listen to one who proves to her he is not soft, that he has what it takes to do the right thing, even if that means the right thing is not widely accepted or popular.
Roxy is a very intelligent she-cat. She loves to strategize and think ahead, which is partly why she is such a great fighter. She does not speak without thinking about her words, which makes her replies sometimes cryptic and poetic. She is not impulsive, not in the very least. She follows reason and logic, not emotions or her heart. She will not follow a leader who does so, either. She is very picky about who she chooses to follow, which is why she wanted so desperately to be a brutalizer. She could not stand the thought of having to follow those wanna-be ambassadors. Oh no, that is not the life she would choose for herself.
She is very snide in her thoughts. She cannot allow herself to be rude and sarcastic aloud, though, because she has to be liked. She has to be able to earn trust within the ranks of soldiers. And so she created a persona that would allow for it. She will not say what she truly thinks about you, but in her mind she is not afraid to voice it. If it were not for having to know the secret going-ons of the Republic, she would not hesitate to tell a tom or she-cat exactly what she thought of them.
No matter what her wish for freedom is, Roxy is very loyal to The Republic and all of it's members. She would do anything it needed, anything at all. She has to repay them somehow, for they showed her what a true family was. They showed her that life isn't just about your blood family, it's about those who would die for you, too.

WISH WE COULD GO BACK AND SAVE THE CHILD

Roxy was born to a mother and father who were, let's say mercenaries to be nice. They joined The Republic when Roxy, because they needed help with their kits. The winter was harsh to them, and they could not take care of the poor Roxy by themselves. No matter why they joined, they were loyal to the family until they took their last breath. Raz was not born until Roxanne was 7 moons old, placing a huge rift between the sisters that not even a family bond could cure.
As Roxy was training to become a soldier, her family started to divide. Her mother drifted away from her father, who was becoming increasingly more violent. Raz was just a kit, and did not understand the meanings of this. Raz, who looked nothing like Raja, was often the topic of explosive "discussions" between the two parents. Anne swore she never cheated on Raja, but Raja, who was becoming more and more paranoid in his last days, did not believe her. It created such a divide between them, they could not even stand to be within ten feet of each other.
As Roxy became a soldier and Raz was just beginning her training, an ambassador called Roxy in to talk about her parents relationship. When Roxy got finished answering all of his questions, the ambassador told her that for the sake and coherency of the group, her parents would have to go, but she and her sister could stay. Glad to be rid of her arguing and abusive parents, Roxy gladly agreed to make sure they left.
Raz however, was not so keen to lose her parents. She felt responsible for it, even though she was not. And so she chased after Roxy as she headed into the city one day. She confronted her, and started yelling and screaming at her. She threatened to help her parents overthrow the Republic just to bring Roxy down, which most everyone in the group heard her say. At this, Roxy lost it. Her temper boiled and she threw the first blow. She hit Raz straight in the face, dazing her a bit. Raz had strength on her side, but Roxy had training and patience on hers. The fight was over soon, with Roxy's jaws at Raz's pinned throat. It was there she paused and glanced at her leader. The punishment for disloyalty was death in her eyes, but she wanted to make sure it was okay for her to do so. Her family had betrayed her, and she felt nothing for her sister. As she saw the leader's approving nod, Roxy killed Raz in the middle of camp for all to see.
It was after that that Roxy became a brutalizer, a secret police for Philadelphia. She had proven that she would put The Republic above everything else, even her family.
