As the sun rose up and start yet another new day, Hawkcry stretched his body and walked toward the fresh-kill pile for a quick snack before going hunting. He picked the smallest prey, which was a mouse, and scarfed it down quick like before heading out the entrance and onto the moor. He inhaled a big breath, and dashed off toward Lookout Point for a quick warm up. As he got to Lookout Point, he quickly scanned the moor for movement. He pricked his ears and looked intently towards a small, brown shape moving among the grass. Rabbit! he thought. He started to stalk, and made sure to stay downwind. A couple tail-lengths away, he dove the rabbit, and the chase began. Hawkcry heaved forward, manuvering and gaining on the rodent. With a quick turn, he caught the rabbit and killed it swiftly. He let out a deep breath. His stocky build made it much harder for catching these annoying things. He picked up his prey, and headed back to camp, dropped it in the pile, and then left again. The second time wasn't so lucky; he had missed two rabbits. Cursing, he decided to sit for a while and regain some energy. He heard the twitching of the grass behind him, and saw a cat approaching.

Ebonyheart was wondering through windclan territory as he often did. No orders, no motive just wandering freely. He enjoyed it. Gave him time to think. Gave him time to plot. Sometimes he hunted, sometimes he napped, but more than likely he just wandered around. He liked to have his mind free. Downwind, he spotted a fellow warrior miss a rabbit. He could easily turn away and never be noticed, but today he felt different. He wanted to talk, or even hunt with this warrior. He headed over. "Hey." He said forcing his way through some grass.
